Vesulf® is a food supplement based on standardized broccoli extract, capable of strongly contributing to the prevention and maintenance of cellular functions.
It contains neither gluten nor lactose. It is composed of: Broccoli aerial parts, dry extract, bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate, sorbitol, erythritol), anti-caking agents, magnesium salts of fatty acids, flavouring, sweetener.
The physiological effects obtained are of an antioxidant nature and have a purifying function for the organism.

In foods, sulforaphane—an isothiocyanate—is mainly found in the form of glucoraphanin, which, thanks to the action of the enzyme myrosinase naturally present in cruciferous vegetables, is converted into sulforaphane.
Chemically, isothiocyanates contain a sulfur atom in their structure, which is responsible for the characteristic odor released when cruciferous vegetables are cooked.
