Our company holds ISO 9001 Certification and therefore complies with the requirements of the standard for the Quality Management System. Management system certifications, in accordance with national or international standards, demonstrate the commitment to implementing continuous improvement processes, which represent an added value and a competitive advantage for the company itself. With ISO 9001 certification, we intend to effectively and decisively communicate our commitment.
QUALITY POLICY (UNI EN ISO 9001-2015)
The Naturneed General Management intends to pursue a modern quality management, aiming at an effective resources organization, to obtain full customer satisfaction and optimal operational efficiency. For this reason it has set up a Quality Management System with the aim of managing and controlling the technical, organizational and human factors that can influence the company’s organizational quality, and the quality and safety of the products made, operating in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard.
The company quality policy can be summarized in the following operating principles:
- to involve and empower Company personnel;
- to achieve process efficiency for the design and marketing of products, so that they meet
the required requirements; - to have a constant attention to the quality and safety of the marketed products;
- to comply with the laws and regulations in force;
- to prevent non-conformities instead of eliminating them afterwards;
- to satisfy the Client in accordance with his requests;
- to obtain maximum transparency towards the customer by defining exactly all the supply
aspects; - to use only reliable suppliers and create collaborative relationships with them;
- to provide the maximum support to the Customer for the solution of his problems.
The utmost commitment is required so that all these principles are promptly applied, to achieve a continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and to reach the objectives that are annually set by the General Management during the review of the Quality System, and verified through the review itself.
The task of managing the Quality System has been entrusted to the Quality/Commercial Office, which therefore assumes the responsibility for the correct and continuous functioning of the Quality System.
Each company function must commit itself to achieving the set objectives and to contribute to the continuous development of the Quality System. Indeed, the company considers Organizational Quality as a critical success factor, that is indispensable in order to guarantee the quality and safety of the products and services offered, especially in the current market situation and a constant attention to continuous improvement and cost containment at the same time.
The General Management undertakes to take an active role in implementing and supporting the Quality Policy set out above, to constantly disseminate it and to periodically check its degree of understanding and implementation.
